Classic homemade meatballs are most often stewed. But I suggest trying to fry them, and even not just like that, but in breadcrumbs. It turns out a completely different dish, but I assure you, it is no worse! Fried meatballs are perfectly combined with pasta and mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Corn Starch - 3 tbsp.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 0,5 glasses
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 0,5 beam
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the greens and leave a couple of twigs for decoration.
Chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. Add the herbs, one egg, a spoonful of starch and spices there, and mix thoroughly. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
Beat the second egg and prepare the remaining starch with breadcrumbs.
Form meat balls and roll each one in starch, egg and breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the meatballs in a large amount of vegetable oil and put them on paper napkins.
