Ingredients
- Chicken breasts - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil and fry the chicken for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Pour in warm water mixed with curry and sour cream.
Add salt and simmer under the lid for 30 minutes.
