These chicken cutlets with cheese will turn out even tastier if you use breadcrumbs made by yourself for breading. For minced meat, both fillets and the fatter part from the thigh are suitable. Sharing my recipe!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cheese (solid) – 50 g
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 20 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the chicken meat, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into pieces. Fold into the bowl of a blender, chop.
Add salt, spices, and a chicken egg to the minced meat. Continue chopping.
Add grated hard cheese to the bowl, mix with a spoon. You can put it in a bowl or just get a knife out of the bowl.
Pour the breadcrumbs into the saucer. With wet hands, form a small patty and roll it on both sides in crumbs.
Put the cutlets in the preheated vegetable oil. Fry on medium heat for about 4 minutes on one side and another 3 minutes on the other, covering the pan with a lid.
Serve the cutlets hot or warm, you can with a side dish or salad, fresh herbs.
