This is a fairly simple recipe for rolls made from classic ingredients. This option is suitable even for beginners – it is difficult to do something wrong here. Salmon, shrimp and cream cheese are so harmoniously combined with each other and with sushi rice!
Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Salmon - 60-80 g
- Shrimp - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Lettuce - 4 sheet
- Cream cheese - 80 g
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice in water until tender and season with vinegar, sugar and salt.
Beat the eggs with flour, dip the peeled shrimp in the batter and fry until tender.
Cut the nori sheets in half and put a layer of rice on each.
Put thin salmon plates on top and turn the workpiece over.
Put the filling on the back: lettuce, fried shrimp in batter and a little cream cheese.
Form the rolls using a special mat.
