Ripe fragrant mango perfectly sets off Asian cuisine. It fits perfectly into the recipe of rolls with salmon and avocado. Just choose a ripe soft fruit, otherwise it will be too hard and herbaceous. And you can take plates of canned mango.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Mango - 0.5 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Salmon - 150 g
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice in boiling water until it absorbs it. Season with vinegar, sugar and salt.
Cut the nori sheets in half and put a layer of rice on each half. Press down and turn over.
Cut the cucumber into strips, avocado into cubes, and salmon into strips. Put the filling on the nori and roll the rolls with a mat.
Put mango slices on the rice and press everything with a mat again.
Cut the rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
