Like any other cheesecake, chocolate is not necessarily baked. Today I will share with you a proven recipe. It can be prepared in one large form or in small portions – for example, for a festive buffet.
Ingredients
For the basics:
- Cookies (sand) – 120 g
- Milk - 30 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
For filling:
- Cream cheese - 250 g
- Chocolate - 200 g
- Cream (33%) – 120 ml
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Gelatin - 1 tsp.
- Water - 30 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crush the cookies into crumbs, mix all the ingredients for the base and tamp them into a mold.
Whisk cream cheese with powdered sugar, and melt chocolate in a water bath with a little cream.
Gently mix both masses.
Dissolve the gelatin in water according to the instructions and mix it in there.
Separately whisk the cream to a foam, also mix and pour everything on the base.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for an hour.
Melt the chocolate for the glaze with cream, mix and pour over the cheesecake.
Put it back in the refrigerator overnight.
