A delicate creamy vanilla dessert - panna cotta with agar-agar will be a pleasant addition to dinner or as a treat on the festive table. I use agar-agar so that the panna cotta freezes and gets the necessary consistency.
Ingredients
For Panna Cotta:
- Cream (10%) – 600 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 2 h.l.
- Agar-agar - 2 h.l.
- Sugar - 100 g
For sauce:
- Berries - 100 g
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add sugar, vanilla sugar and agar-agar to the cream. Put on a small fire and cook, stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil and immediately put it aside.
Wait until it cools down a little, pour into molds and send to the refrigerator for thickening.
Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the berries with sugar in a saucepan, put on fire and stir. The berries will give juice, cook until the excess liquid evaporates.
When serving, pour panna cotta sauce or ready-made caramel.
