There are two main ways to make thick orange jam: boil it for a long time to this very density or use special additives. One of the best additives for winter preparations is agar–agar, completely organic and of vegetable origin.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the agar with cold water for 20-30 minutes.
Chop the orange pulp with a blender, add sugar and a little zest to taste.
Bring the billet to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour in the agar, stir and bring the jam to a boil again.
Boil for another 5-7 minutes and roll into sterile jars.
