Grate the carrots on a Korean grater or cut into thin cubes.
Heat the oil slightly and mix it with all the spices, salt and sugar.
Add crushed garlic and grated ginger, and mix the mass with carrots.
Pour in the vinegar and mix again. Arrange the carrot salad in jars and pour boiling water to the top.
Sterilize the jars in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes and roll up.
