It is impossible to imagine a festive table without chops with pineapples. For many years, the dish has not lost its popularity and is prepared in almost every home. The recipe is very simple and will appeal even to those who are very far from cooking.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Pineapple (rings) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Beat each piece well with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and smear with mayonnaise.
Put a pineapple ring on each chop, sprinkle thickly with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
