If you are a connoisseur of Georgian cuisine, by all means try this recipe. Delicious, moderately spicy and juicy wings are prepared simply. Place them with spices in a sleeve and bake. Adjust the degree of ruddiness to your liking.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Garlic (medium) – 2 heads
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Zira (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and place them in a bowl.
Cut the garlic across into two halves.
Scald lemon with boiling water, dry and cut into slices.
Mix the wings, salt, spices and oil.
Put the wings in the sleeve, add garlic and lemon. Tie tightly and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Bake the wings for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Carefully cut the sleeve and brown the wings for another 10 minutes.
