After a successful "quiet hunt", the question always arises what to do with mushrooms. It can be dried or frozen. But you can also cook something more interesting. For example, I suggest pickling honeydew for the winter. And to make it even easier, I'll tell you how to do it without sterilization.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the honeydew, rinse and boil for half an hour in boiling water.
Flip them into a colander.
Send the honey mushrooms to a saucepan, pour a liter of water and add the remaining ingredients.
Boil the billet to a boil and for another 5 minutes.
Arrange the mushrooms in clean, dry jars, pour boiling marinade and roll up.
