Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort out the honeydew, rinse and boil for half an hour in boiling water.

Flip them into a colander.

Send the honey mushrooms to a saucepan, pour a liter of water and add the remaining ingredients.

Boil the billet to a boil and for another 5 minutes.

Arrange the mushrooms in clean, dry jars, pour boiling marinade and roll up.
