Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 glasses
- Water - 2 l
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the plum and put it in a sterile three-liter jar.
Pour in the sugar and add citric acid.
Pour boiling water over the plum and immediately roll up the compote.
