You no longer have to choose which kind of plum to roll into jars, if you take several different varieties at once. There is one selection criterion here – so that all fruits are relatively the same size. So it's better to prepare the compote.

Ingredients

  • Plums - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1.5 glasses
  • Water - 2 l
  • Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the plum and put it in a sterile three-liter jar.

Pour in the sugar and add citric acid.

Pour boiling water over the plum and immediately roll up the compote.
