The exquisite combination of pear and blue cheese looks great in any interpretation. This time I suggest cooking small neat puffs with them. They can even be safely served to the festive table as a snack.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 200 g
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Gorgonzola Cheese (or Dor Blue) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into even squares.
Peel the pear from the peel and the middle, and finely chop.
Put a little pear on each square and crumble the gorgonzola.
Fold the dough diagonally and pinch the edges.
Bake the puffs for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. When serving, you can pour honey over them.
