In the evening, when the whole family gathers at the table, I want to serve something sweet for dessert. The easiest way is to bake a charlotte. For a change, I suggest cooking it with apples, cherries and nuts. According to this recipe, the pie turns out soft and delicious.
Ingredients
- Flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 0,5 tsp.
- Apples - 250 g
- Cherry (without a bone) – 100 g
- Nuts (fried) – handful
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Add vanilla sugar and sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything well until smooth.
Put half of the dough in a greased form.
Evenly distribute the cherries, apples and nuts. Pour the rest of the dough over the top and smooth it out.
Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
