Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the pear and put it in sterile jars with cherries.
Boil water with sugar, pour into jars and leave for 10 minutes under the lids.
Drain, boil the syrup again and pour it back into the jars.
Add citric acid and roll up.
