For the winter, not only salads and snacks can be rolled into cans, but also main dishes, and even soups. For example, here is a bean soup. The cooking process takes time and patience, but at the same time it will save much more of the same time in the future.
Ingredients
- Beans - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar (essence) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots. Finely chop the onion and pepper. Put the tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Soak the beans overnight in advance and boil them until half-cooked.
Fry the onion until soft in oil.
Add the rest of the vegetables to it and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring.
Add salt, sugar, pepper and beans. Simmer for another 10 minutes after re-boiling.
Pour in the vinegar essence, mix and roll the bean soup into sterile jars for the winter.
