Some blanks solve first of all the issue of crop safety. Others also save time and effort for the future. This borscht dressing belongs to the second option. There are different recipes, but I prefer to add everything to the maximum at once. For example, beans and cabbage.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the beans overnight in advance and boil until half cooked.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them in any way.

Add the oil to the tomato, bring to a boil and put the grated beetroot there. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add chopped onion, shredded cabbage and grated carrots. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add the chopped pepper and beans. Add salt and sugar, and simmer the dressing for another 15 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar and after another 5 minutes spread the dressing on clean, dry jars.

Sterilize them in boiling water for 15 minutes and roll them up for the winter.
