Ingredients

  • Pear - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 500 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pears into quarters, remove the core and cut into slices.

Boil water, add sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes.

Add the pears, bring to a boil and remove from the stove. Insist under the lid for 5-6 hours.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes and put aside again for a few hours.

Bring the jam to a boil for the third time and boil for 5 minutes.

Spread out in prepared jars, roll up and turn the top upside down.
