In summer I try to use fresh berries, fruits and vegetables to the maximum. I cook compotes, prepare salads and, of course, bake various pies. Today I will tell you one of my most favorite recipes. Juicy blackberries will be needed for it.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat eggs with sugar and sour cream.

Add the melted margarine, vanilla and flour mixed with baking powder.

Knead the soft dough, cover with a towel and set aside for half an hour.

Set aside one third of the test. From the rest, roll out the cake according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the sides.

Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour, lay out the workpiece.

Mix the blackberries with starch and powdered sugar, put them in a dough blank.

Roll out the remaining dough, cut into strips and put it on top of the pie. Pinch the edges.

Grease the pie with lightly beaten egg white and bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
