When free time is short, and I want to cook something for tea, I bake chocolate cupcakes. The recipe is simple and fast. I usually use silicone molds, but if you have regular ones, be sure to lubricate them before starting work.
Ingredients
- Flour - 1,5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Margarine - 100 g
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Milk - 1 glass
- Bitter chocolate - 200 g
- Cocoa - 3 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 160 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath.
Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
Melt margarine, add eggs, sugar and whisk everything until smooth.
Without stopping the mixer, add the melted chocolate and warm sour cream.
Pour in half of the dry billet and the same amount of warm milk, mix everything well.
Add the rest of the dry billet and milk. Mix everything again. You should get a thick dough.
Fill the silicone molds by a third and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
