Ingredients
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Chicken breasts (boiled) – 150 g
- Sauce (bechamel) – 100 ml
- Mayonnaise (for decoration) – 30 ml
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add yeast, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add warm milk, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and knead a soft dough.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 20 minutes.
Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and put it on a baking sheet greased with oil.
Brush generously with sauce, sprinkle with nutmeg.
Spread the chicken pieces evenly, sprinkle with cheese and send them to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Decorate the finished pizza with strips of mayonnaise.
