When cooking seafood pizza, remember that they have a very delicate taste. Therefore, I advise you to take a gentle and neutral sauce for the base, without pronounced sourness or sharpness. The same goes for cheese.

- Kefir - 120 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 200-250 g
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 80 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sea cocktail (unfrozen) – 140 g
- Onion - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with salt, add kefir and herbs and mix. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Roll out the pizza base, brush with tomato sauce and sprinkle with crushed garlic.
Lay out the mozzarella and arrange the chopped peppers and seafood.
Bake the pizza in the oven for about 17-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
