The pie turns out to be so satisfying that it can be served for dinner, supplemented with some salad. It is prepared on a shortbread dough with egg and milk. It's simple and fast! To taste, you can add your favorite spices and fresh herbs to the filling.

Mix the sifted flour, salt and baking powder.

Grate margarine or chop it with a knife.

Mix everything and rub the mass with your hands until fine crumbs.

Add milk, lightly beaten egg and knead a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and set aside for 30-40 minutes.

Chop the leeks and bacon. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Put the bacon in a frying pan and fry over low heat until golden brown.

Add the onion and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Beat eggs lightly with mayonnaise, add cheese, bacon with onion and ground pepper.

Roll out the dough with a cake according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the height of the sides.

Cover the mold with baking paper, sprinkle with flour and lay out the blank.

Lay out the filling, smooth it out and put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees. Depending on the diameter of the mold, it may take more or less time.
