Ingredients
- Flour (whole grain) – 175 g
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Brown Sugar - 60 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Coconut oil - 100 g
- Blueberries - 1 glass
- Lemon juice - 65 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar to an airy foam.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Melt the coconut oil and combine everything together.
Add the zest and lemon juice, and mix the dough again.
Add blueberries, mix gently and arrange in molds to the middle.
Bake muffins in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
