You've probably heard of oatmeal. What is this unusual dish? This is a quick, healthy and quite tasty breakfast option for those who are on PP. It can be sweet and salty, served with fillings and without - there are a lot of options, and the recipe is extremely simple.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 8 tbsp.l .
- Cheese - 50 g
- Bananas - 1 pcs.
- Mint (for decoration) – 2 twigs
- Berries (fresh) – for submission
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the oat flakes in a coffee grinder to a state of coarse flour, then transfer to a bowl.
Add milk and eggs to the resulting oatmeal, mix with a whisk until smooth.
Prepare the filling. Cut the banana into slices, the cheese into thin slices.
Pour half of the dough into a preheated non-stick frying pan and fry the pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Put cheese on one half of the pancake, then bananas. Fry the pancake with the filling under the lid for 1 minute, then cover the filling with the free half of the pancake and fry a little more so that the cheese completely melts. In the same way, prepare the second oatmeal from the remaining dough.
Ready-made PP oatmeal serve hot, garnished with mint and fresh berries.
