Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Spinach - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Kefir (warm) – 1 glass
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the spinach in a blender.
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar, salt and ground pepper.
In a deep bowl, mix warm kefir and soda.
Add spinach, beaten eggs, sifted flour and mix well.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
