Start your day with a healthy breakfast! Prepare delicious spinach pancakes. To do this, you will need a blender, since you will not be able to chop the greens so finely with a knife. I advise you to add this recipe to your diet menu.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 2 glasses
  • Spinach - 300 g
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
  • Kefir (warm) – 1 glass
  • Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 50 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the spinach in a blender.

Beat the eggs lightly with sugar, salt and ground pepper.

In a deep bowl, mix warm kefir and soda.

Add spinach, beaten eggs, sifted flour and mix well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
