Pizza is everyone's favorite dish. But, if you adhere to proper nutrition and do not want to gain extra kg and swelling after taking such food, pay attention to my pp pizza recipe without dough. I tried it once and now it's the only way I cook.

The most interesting and fastest part is the preparation of the basis for pp pizza. We do not make dough, but use chicken meat. I make minced chicken breast, you can use ready-made minced meat if you want. But I don't recommend it, because there is fat in it.

Beat the chicken breast in a blender, add the egg and whisk again, add salt and pepper to taste.

Place the pizza base on a baking sheet with parchment. Brush the top with yogurt so that the meat is not too dry.

Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half and put on pizza. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.

3 minutes before cooking, remove, sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle with basil leaves, send for another 3 minutes and serve to the table.
