Cupcakes with fresh berries – what could be better and tastier? I share my favorite recipe with fresh strawberries. A delicious summer dessert for the whole family! If desired, add a little more cinnamon and grated chocolate.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Strawberries - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Semolina - 130 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese with sugar. Add the eggs and whisk everything with a blender.
Add sour cream and melted butter, and whisk again.
Add semolina and baking powder, mix and leave the dough for 15 minutes.
Slice the strawberries and gently stir in the same.
Put the dough in the molds and bake the cupcakes for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
