Everyone cooks mannik in different ways, and there has never been a single recipe here. Catch this original version with cottage cheese and berries. I use frozen cherries, which I let melt first and drain a little.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Semolina - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Baking powder dough - 1.5 tsp.
- Starch - 1 art.l.
- Cherry - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, baking powder and sour cream with a blender until smooth.
Add semolina, stir and leave everything for 15 minutes.
Mix cherries with starch. Send it to the dough and mix gently again.
Put in a mold and bake the mannikin in the oven for about 45 minutes at 170 degrees.
