Salmon baked with vegetables in foil is a full–fledged dish for lunch or dinner. To make it even tastier, you can add aromatic herbs, olive oil, spices. It is also advisable to let the vegetables and fish marinate a little.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pieces
- Zucchini - 1/2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1/2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Dried herbs - 2 pinches
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cherry into halves, cut the zucchini into circles, and the purple onion into feathers. Put the vegetables in a bowl.
Pour in olive oil, add dried herbs and a pinch of salt. Mix it up.
Put the pieces of fish in a baking dish. Dry the salmon from excess moisture, add salt and sprinkle with spices, herbs.
Put the vegetables on top along with the remaining marinade. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve the dish hot or warm. You can supplement the portion with fresh herbs, sauce.
