Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l.
- Coconut flour - 30 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Honey (or sugar substitute) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese with yolks and sour cream until smooth.
Add honey and then add coconut flour.
Whisk the whites into a persistent foam and mix with a spatula to the cottage cheese.
Put the mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker and cook for 45 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
