Mackerel fillet baked with garlic and paprika turns out very fragrant. And it will turn out even tastier if you use smoked paprika. You can make the fish a little piquant if you add red ground pepper on the tip of a knife.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel (fillet) – 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Paprika (ground) – 1/2 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 2 pinches

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour olive oil into a bowl, add salt, paprika and crushed garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.

Wash and dry the mackerel fillets, remove the bones.

Cover the baking dish with foil. Put the fillets and pour over the marinade. You can cover the fish with a film and leave to marinate for half an hour, if you have time. If there is no time, then the form can be immediately sent to a preheated oven and bake the fish at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

You can serve the dish immediately from the oven, with fresh herbs, salad mix and vegetables.
