Do you like hearty and simple dishes? Then you will definitely like cabbage stewed with minced meat. Cook it for dinner as a main course, and your household will be delighted. I advise you to take pork or pork-beef stuffing, so it turns out tastier and fatter.
Ingredients
- Cabbage (white) – 600 g
- Minced pork - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, grate the carrots. Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Fry onions and carrots until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Add the minced meat, bay leaf and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cabbage, mix gently and cover with a lid. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Pour in hot water and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Before turning off, add salt and sprinkle with ground coriander.
