Start the day with a healthy breakfast — prepare an omelet with spinach and feta. The whole process of preparation will take you no more than 20 minutes. Add cheese and spinach at the very end. A couple of minutes is enough for them to get ready.

Wash the spinach, shake it off and chop it finely.

Mix eggs with salt, ground pepper and milk. Beat lightly with a fork until smooth.

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well. Pour in the egg-milk mixture and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Turn down the heat and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle spinach and feta evenly. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes.

The finished omelet can be sprinkled with green onions, dill or parsley.
