- Melon (pulp) – 600 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the melon into cubes and put it in sterile jars with garlic.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
Drain this water, add salt, sugar and spices to it, and boil it again.
Add vinegar to the marinade, pour over the melon and roll it up for the winter.
