Ingredients
- Tangerines (small) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 240 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the tangerines, pour boiling water for 15 minutes and then cold water - overnight.
Cook the syrup from water and sugar.
Prick the tangerines in several places, put them in the syrup and bring to a boil again.
Boil for 20 minutes on low heat, let cool for 4 hours and cook for another 20 minutes.
Let cool again for 4 hours, boil the jam for the last 20 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
