Every year I make viburnum billets for the winter. In the cold season, it's really hard without them. In addition to jams, jams, frosts and pastilles, I definitely cook compote from viburnum. This is done so simply that you will be surprised.

Ingredients

  • Kalina - 500 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Water - 3 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the viburnum berries from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.

Boil water, add viburnum, sugar and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of re-boiling.

Pour the compote into clean, dry jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a warm blanket.
