Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the viburnum berries from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.
Boil water, add viburnum, sugar and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of re-boiling.
Pour the compote into clean, dry jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a warm blanket.
