- Water (boiling water) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the berries from the twigs, sort and rinse.
Pour boiling water over the viburnum, cover with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Drain the water, wipe the berries through a sieve. It is convenient to use a wooden spoon for this.
Mix the resulting puree with sugar and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars and roll up.
