Fig peaches are slightly different from the usual shape and taste. First of all, they are sweeter. And that's why they are perfect for blanks, like compotes. And they are also small, so they will definitely fit well into the neck of the jar.

Ingredients

  • Peaches (figs) – 300 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Water - 2.5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the peaches and put them in a sterile jar.

Pour boiling water, cover and let cool.

Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again.

Pour the syrup over the peaches and roll them up for the winter.
