I recently discovered a new find in the piggy bank of unusual blanks, and I hasten to share it. These are cucumbers with melon. It even sounds strange, doesn't it? But this is clearly much more interesting than the classics, which, although good, sometimes gets boring.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Cut the melon into pieces. Put everything together with spices and additives in clean jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and wait for cooling. Drain this water.
Boil 1.5 liters of pure water with sugar, salt and vinegar.
Pour cucumbers with melon and roll up the jars.
