Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare the ginger and place it in a saucepan with water.

Add whole onions and simmer for 30 minutes.

Put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse.

Put spices and ginger into sterilized jars.

Boil water, add sugar, salt and boil for 2 minutes.

Add vinegar, pour into jars with mushrooms and roll up.
