Rinse the pearl barley, fill it with water and leave it for a couple of hours.

Randomly chop all the vegetables, add pearl barley, sugar, salt and 250 ml of water.

Bring the billet to a boil, add oil and boil for 30-40 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar and roll up the pickle in sterile jars.
