- Cucumbers - 750 g
- Red currant - 1 glass
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Dill - 0.5 bundles
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
- Horseradish - 1 sheet
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
- Water - 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.
Put them in sterilized jars with leaves, herbs and other additives.
Fill the currant with water, bring to a boil and boil for a couple of minutes.
Rub the mass through a sieve and bring it to a boil again.
Pour the cucumbers and leave for 5 minutes under the lids.
Drain the broth, add sugar and salt to it, and boil again.
Pour the cucumbers again and roll them up for the winter.
