  • Peaches - 3 kg
  • Sugar - 1,5 kg
  • Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the peaches, peel and stone them.

Pass the fruit through a meat grinder.

Add sugar, stir and leave for 2-3 hours.

Simmer for 5 minutes and add citric acid.

Boil for another 5 minutes, arrange in jars and roll up.
