Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.

Chop tomatoes and plums in a blender.

Rub the resulting mass through a sieve to get rid of the peel and seeds.

Boil for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Chop the hot pepper and garlic finely.

Add sugar, salt, spices, garlic and hot pepper to the pan. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 1 hour.

Pour in the vinegar, simmer for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.

Arrange the sauce in sterilized jars and roll up.
