Ingredients

  • Apples - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 400 g
  • Lemon juice - 20 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the apples into quarters, peel the seeds and finely chop.

Place the apples in the bowl of a slow cooker, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Close the lid and leave the workpiece for 1 hour.

Activate the "Stewing" mode and cook for 1 hour.

After the beep, spread the jam in clean, dry jars, roll it up and wrap it with a thick towel for a day.
