Ingredients
- Red Currant - 1 kg
- White currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Water (boiled) – 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the red and white currants from the twigs, rinse thoroughly.
Pass the berries through a meat grinder and rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with sugar and water.
Boil for 10 minutes, put in prepared jars and roll up.
