Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - 10 g
- Sugar - 30 g
- Vinegar - 70 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Ground coriander - 5 g
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice cucumbers and tomatoes, chop garlic and cilantro.
Mix all the ingredients together and leave overnight.
Place the workpiece tightly in jars and sterilize them for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Roll up the jars for the winter.
