Do you like to experiment with different blanks? This recipe for gooseberry jelly through a juicer immediately became one of my favorites. The juicer gives a very smooth and homogeneous mass without pits and skins, which greatly simplified the cooking process.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice out of the gooseberry with a juicer.
Add sugar to it and bring it to a boil.
Boil the jelly for 20 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Roll it up for the winter in sterile jars.
